All packaged items that have not been broken/unwrapped may be returned (within 30 days) to be exchanged for another product based on bought item(s) price value.

For all unpackaged and/or used items, they can only be processed for an exchange based on credible justification (unexpected skin reactions, etc) at the aesthetician's discretion.
